As the Global MDF Program Manager, you'll be at the heart of Barracuda’s partner engagement strategy, shaping, launching, and optimizing MDF programs that drive growth through partner-led marketing and demand-generation activities.
In this role, you will report directly to the Sr. Director, Global Partner Marketing and will collaborate with Partner Marketing, Global Channels and Alliances, and regional marketing teams to ensuring seamless integration of MDF initiatives with other incentive programs.
You'll also be looking into ways to gamify the partner experience to drive engagement.
What you’ll be working on
- Develop the overall framework and global strategy for MDF programs, setting consistent standards for initiatives across all regions.
- Define clear guidelines and best practices for MDF usage to ensure alignment at the global level, while empowering local marketing and field marketing managers to execute program activities regionally and work directly with channel partners on implementation.
- Partner with local marketing and field marketing teams, who will collaborate directly with channel partners to review MDF proposals, approve funding, and monitor execution, ensuring activities align with the strategic framework and objectives set globally.
- Oversee program compliance at a strategic level, establishing auditing, documentation, and post-activity review processes. Local and field marketing managers are responsible for executing these processes and validating fund usage and effectiveness in their regions.
- Create and provide resources, toolkits, and templates in collaboration with Global Partner Marketing to support local and field teams, enabling partners to maximize their MDF investments through effective regional execution.
- Lead the innovation and continuous improvement of MDF program strategy globally, while supporting local and field marketing managers to drive partner engagement and ensure investments yield measurable business outcomes at the regional level.
What you bring to the role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in MDF program management, channel marketing, or similar roles.
- Solid understanding of channel ecosystems, MDF and incentive program mechanics—including spiffs and sales rewards.
- Proven analytical and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $110,000.00 to $129,000.00. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
